Practice Philosophy
Challenges are inevitable in this life, but they can be managed with the help of family, friends or sometimes professionals.
The process of self-discovery is seldom an easy path, but you don’t have to walk it alone. I seek to provide a therapeutic space wherein you have the opportunity to share your story comfortably. I believe in working with you collaboratively with the intention of helping you grow into your best self. Together we will explore the emotional, mental, physical, social and spiritual aspects of your current struggle and your own unique healing process.
My first priority is to establish a strong counselling relationship in which you feel heard and understood. Depending on your unique needs, I might also incorporate interventions from Adlerian Psychology, Cognitive-behavioural therapy, Dialectical behaviour therapy, Emotion-focused therapy or mindfulness-based approaches.
